Return Policy

How do I place a return request on uniqueworldstore.com? 

To return an order, you can place return request through my account section or report your concern at uniqueworldstore@gmail.com The parcel should be in its original packaging as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted. * PERSONAL CARE APPLIANCES CAN NOT BE RETURNED / EXCHANGED DUE TO HYGIENE ISSUES.

If I am not satisfied with quality of the product, can I return it? 

Certainly! uniqueworldstore.com has a “No Questions Asked Policy”. Report your concern by getting in touch at uniqueworldstore@gmail.com or via my account section. Your refund request will be processed within 7 days of the returned product being delivered to our warehouse. For all pre-paid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where payment was made. For all COD order STORE CREDIT equalling the amount of Return product will be issued.

Do I need to pay the courier company to send my product back? 

No & Yes. In most regions/cities we have reverse pickup facility available and will arrange for the product to be picked up from your doorstep. However, if the reverse pickup service is not available in your region/city, we would request your cooperation in sending the product back to us via any courier service of your choice while also sending the courier charge receipt at uniqueworldstore@gmail.com.
