Why have I not received my order yet?
Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We always strive to deliver the product within 3-5 working days. Click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order.
How do I place a return/replacement request on unique world?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from UNIQUE WORLD, you can return the product to us within 5 Days of Delivery. A reverse pickup will be arranged from your doorstep (if service is available in your area), else one of our customer service executive will get in touch with you for further instructions.
To return an order, you can place return request through my account section or report your concern by getting in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org
The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.
How do I place a cancellation request on unique world?
You can cancel all items before they have been shipped from our warehouses. The refund amount will be credited back into your Bank Account within 15 days once the parcel reaches the warehouse.
Once the cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests can be made online via My account/orders section.
I paid cash on delivery, how would I get the refund?
Your refund request will be processed within 7 days of the returned product being delivered to our warehouse. For all pre-paid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where payment was made. For all COD orders STORE CREDIT equalling the amount of Return product will be issued.
How long will it take me to receive the refund for my return or cancel?

What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?
If I receive a physically damaged product, can I get it replaced?
Delivery is usually safe, but, if you receive a damaged product you can return it. To avoid any hassle, go through the following steps:
1.On delivery, check to ensure the packaging is not tampered/open and there is no physical damage to the package
2. If you are concerned, don't open the product and drop an email to us at email@example.com for further assistance
I have placed my order. What next?
Sit back and relax! Once your order is confirmed, we will share the order id and tracking details via E-mail/SMS. Click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order.
If I receive a wrong product, can I get it replaced?
We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product please raise a replacement request on firstname.lastname@example.org
Do I have to pay any shipping and delivery charges?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders of INR 599 & above. For orders below Rs. 599, we charge a flat shipping & handling fees of INR 49.
Do you guys provide customer support during weekends / holidays?
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
